"Balancing Both Worlds: My Journey as a Realtor® and Transaction Coordinator to Support Agents' Success"

When I first became a licensed Realtor® almost seven years ago, I quickly learned how overwhelming transaction management could be. Between juggling deadlines, managing client expectations, and keeping deals on track, I saw firsthand how easy it was for agents to get buried in the details and lose precious time to grow their business.

I realized my true calling: helping agents succeed by removing the stress of transaction management. That’s how I started my journey as a Transaction Coordinator here in Georgia.

One of my favorite stories? An agent I worked with recently was on the verge of burnout. She was managing multiple transactions while trying to expand her business. I stepped in, organized her transactions, stayed on top of deadlines, and ensured every document was perfect. By closing day, she told me, “I don’t think I’ve ever felt this calm before a closing."  Moments like that make it all worthwhile.

I take pride in treating every transaction as if it were my own.  Because of my 20 plus years in the real estate industry, I understand the details agents face daily. I’m here to ensure every transaction goes smoothly so agents can focus on what they do best: building relationships and growing their business.
